there are a lot of local stores and branded ones in the Philippines.

In malls, they have Watsons (lots of choices for hair treatments), Bodyshop, Health and Beauty.. etc..

If you want to save up, I suggest Hortaleza or Splash stores :)

i dont think cellophane could damage hair, just don't overdo it. i guess u have to wait for three months or so before u can do it again.

Also, cellophane does not repair anything from pur hair, it just keeps the strands apart from each other since it will become glossy and shiny. it lessens tangles, but i suggest you do hair treatments first like hair spa, before you do cellophane :)
