Need tips to have healthy looking hair?

I use a otc shampoo and conditoner. Both in different bottles. I leave in the conditioner over night sometimes blow drying my hair a little so it's not so wet. Next morning I rinse it out put a dime size (I have long hair) medium hold clear gel and blow dry it with a big brush in sections. I always get told how beautifull, full, shiny and healthy my hair looks. Guys sometimes want to put their hand through it, but they know better if they want to keep their hands, etc....

Need tips to have healthy looking hair?

Eat healthy %26amp; drink water. A natural way to give your hair some strength is to wash it with eggs (beat the egg in a bowl before putting on your hair - be aware, it's cold!), then condition. If your hair is dry, after shampooing, ring the water out or pat it with a towl, then put conditioner in %26amp; put shower cap on (this way it will absorb better), leave on for 5 mins, then rinse. A good shampoo, conditioner %26amp; treatment for damaged hair (perms, curling %26amp; straightening irons) is Redkens Extreme - for dry hair (bleached) Redkens Climatress - for frizzy/coarse hair - Redkens All Soft
