What to use after Hot Olive Oil Treatment?

Hello,

I've followed the steps and have successfully gone half-way through the process of the "Hot Olive Oil Treatment".

Now my main question is what to do when taking it off. Do I use a shampoo, conditioner, or just plain shower water, or any of the varieties?

I have hair that is a bit fizzy, and I wish it to be silky, shiny, and flat.

The steps that I've followed are:

1.) Warm up Virgin Olive Oil

2.) Apply to scalp, especially dead ends

3.) Leave it on during the night

Now I'm stuck up to here. I'm not sure what would be the best combination.

You should wash your hair with shampoo and then follow with a bit of conditioner, mainly on the ends.

I used to do this treatment using Olive Oil however if you want something that is even better, then use Coconut oil.

I've been using it for a few months now and my hair is really shiny and healthy. It's a lot better than Olive oil.

The only way to get any oil out of your hair is to shampoo it out. Don't forget to use a light way conditioner after shampoo .

1) shampoo out oil.

2) condition as normal

3) Rinse

Shampoo!!!!! Alot of shampoo. And maybe just a touch of conditioner. Good luck getting that stuff out. It's hard. Just use VO5 hot oil treatment next time!

just shampoo till clean, then dry and style as usual.

if u dont use shampoo it will be oily when it drys

after you was your hair with shampoo and conditioner

put a small amount ot conditionor in your hand and get get it wet then rub into wet hair

then dry hair with towel this will make it less frizzy also try using a leave in conditionor.
