I'm changing my hair in a couple of weeks. It's growing out from chemo treatments so about

I go with blonde highlights which is what I usually have had or go with a light brown color? I wore a lt. brown wig when my hair fell out %26amp; got many compliments. I have blue eyes.

What is your natural hair color? I'm a brunette, and didn't color my hair until I turned 45... The first time, I went a soft brown all over with sort of subtle auburn highlights and it looked really good. Didn't go back for a year... Then she put a much lighter highlight in, and I had to go back in about eight weeks. Guess she wanted to see me again!!

Everyone likes the lighter highlights, they are just more trouble to maintain.

Congratulations on finishing your chemo!! My prayers are with you for a full and LONG recovery!!

Brown hair and blue eyes look so beautiful together.

While it's growing out it will be thin for a while... so the light brown might be a better color for tranistion (from the wig) and due to lack of volume.

Once it is in for about six months then it should be fairly full and the highlights will probably be a better choice.

good luck %26amp; hope things go well... the toughest part is over :-)

Lt. brown with blue eyes would be pretty. I would wait for a little more length before doing too much. I'm sure your hair is beautiful the way it is. I have seen so many come out of chemo with new growth of hair and it is always beautiful. It is so soft and fresh looking. I get really excited when I know that another person has successfully "graduated" from chemo. Best of luck to you.
