Try Citrashine shampoo and conditioner . If your hair or scalp is dry once a month use plain mayo rub into your hair let set for 30 mins. and wash twice and condition as usual.

yea, call around to different salons and ask if they have hard water hair treatments. i know jcpenney salon does and best cuts, but idk if you have those where you live!!
