trimming your hair actually doesn't make it grow faster it just gets rid of frizz and of course split ends.

i've been using vitamins from a local GNC, called "hair, skin, %26amp; nails" and it works wonders on your hair.. it makes it much healthier and shinier.. i get compliments on how shiny it is now =) never happened before! also pre-natal pills work too!

they contain biotin that is essential for hair growth..

-wash your hair every other day, as opposed to everyday because your stripping off the nutrients your hair needs to become healthier.

-drink 8 glasses of water, it keeps you and your hair hydrated so it's doesnt have the fried look to it.

-eat lots of meat/jell-o it contains a lot of protein needed for your hair

-veggies %26amp; fruit too!

-try avoiding hair products/heating instruments as much as possible

remember your hair is a reflection on your eating habits, the faster %26amp; healthier the hair growth.. the healthier you are =)
