What's your hair type? I have 4a/b hair, which is really kinky and really dry, so I have to use different products, but this is what I use for moisture:
* VO5 cond.
* Infusium 23 Original (Leave-in)
* Soft Sheen Care Free Curl Activator (moisturizer)
* EVOO (moisturizer for my ends)
Also, I use Amla oil on my hair 3x/wk, and that keeps my hair soft, shiny, and moisturized.

I have very fine hair and dry ends and I wouldn't recommend Garnier. it always seems to leave a gross residue. Aussie is an older brand and their Cleanse'n'Mend (I think that's what it's called) leaves my hair very soft and manageable, it moisturizes with out making my hair greasy.

Redken's Deep Fuel, or anti-snap. Also the butter treat and smooth down products from Redken are good. If you spend the extra money it will be worth it.

CHI is the most amazing line of products for that. if you have curly hair try keratin mist or straight hair and moisture. if you just want the moisture try the silk infusion. avalible at most hair places. i think drugstores are getting it too now.

I have fine blonde hair and have recently went to a different stylist, well she fried and dried it. The person that I am going to now recommended Matrix Biolage (I think I spelled it correctly) along with these little tubes of Intense Conditioner (Biolage also). Its been about a week and I sure feel a huge differance. I tried all the common shampoos and conditioners down the hair isle I can I honestly say this has helped the most. As for mousse or hairspray I am still not sure what to recommend. I am still searching. Garnier left a awful residue on my hair plus it still felt like straw. The only other one that I would recommend that you can buy from any grocery store is Infusium Leave in Conditioner. Hope this helps..

The absolute best is the new brand called Organix.
It has organic active ingredients and is sulfate free so it wont dry out your hair, plus...it smells awesome! Organix has different collections for different hair types which are all amazing! They have a Hydrating TeaTree Mint Shampoo and Conditioner which has tons of moisture. You can get organix at Target, Albertsons, Kroger, Duane Reade, Safeway, etc. You'll love it!

You can try using deep hair treatment once a week and let it sit on your hair for at least a couple hours before washing off, after a few weeks you will notice the difference. You can check out the reviews on deep treatment in the source.
