i have long brown hair and i want to get streaks and a japanese perm but does anyone actually know what a japanese perm is??? i think its when you get a treatment thats like a perm exceot insted of making it really curly it makes it super staright. also i dont know wat colour streaks to get help!!!!!!

Dont do to many chemical processes to your hair. the more junk you do, the worse your hair gets in the long run. but if u really wanna color your hair, id say do brown/black lowlights. darker is healthier and i bet it would be super pretty.
